Kilkenny Tourist Hostel

Kilkenny Tourist Hostel is located right in the centre of Kilkenny, in a lovely 300-year-old Georgian townhouse in the best preserved medieval city in Ireland. The Hostel is close to several noted attractions, less than 10 minutes walk (700 metres) from Kilkenny Castle and a few steps from Smithwick's Brewery Tour, the Black Abbey and Rothe House. Situated on Kilkenny's medieval mile it's also just minutes walk to Saint Canice's Cathedral and Round Tower, and to the Medieval Mile Museum.
Facilities include a great self catering kitchen and dining room where guests can cook and enjoy free tea and coffee. The cosy sitting room with an open turf fire is a great place to relax and meet other guests. There's also free WiFi, free lockers, free city maps, and a laundry service.
